As a wedding photographer based in Raleigh, NC I am blessed to be surrounded by a plethora of amazing wedding venues. Not only the traditional Carolina Style but almost anything you can image. The Old Lystra Inn is probably the most authentic and welcoming Carolina Style Venues you will find in the Triangle Region. A perfect blend of Traditional and Modern style and amenities that create a unique and wonderful experience for couple and their guests.

Tony and Beth Pendola, the owners of this property truly love the history and old southern charm surrounding this property and they have done an amazing job bringing it all to life. Take a look at some of the photos from this mid summer shoot.

Majestic Oaks tower overhead and provide a beautiful hideaway for our couple and guests as they lounge in the oversized Adirondack chairs.

One of my favorite shots of the day is below of the bride looking out the back of the property before the ceremony. I created this in Black and White to amplify the simplicity and solemnness of the moment as the bride reflects on the events about to unfold.

The Old Lystra Inn is the perfect venue for your wedding, it is beautiful but understated. It is historic but modern and the owners and staff will treat you like a king and queen.
